The Last Wave project is so perfect for Eric! And I love the shoutout for Tap Dancing on Everest. You get an A++ for literary citizenship, as always!

The One Last Wave Project is amazing and so moving. I can't believe I haven't shared this sooner. And who couldn't support TDOE, your book, Growth, and Eileen Vorbach Collins's Love in the Archives. We're about to have a quartet of important, moving memoirs. Go Writer's Tears! ✍🏻🥲💚💜🩵🩷

I love the Last Wave project and how community is built around grief - like you are doing. I also love that Eric's name is on a board since he loved to ride air playing soccer and with other adventures. Thank you for highlighting Tap Dancing on Everest. You are a gem!

One Last Wave sounds amazing, a truly fantastic way to pay tribute to those we've loved and lost. I also enjoyed your review of TDOE and your essay in Next Avenue. Maybe you're not a "late" bloomer, Casey, but a "just-at-the-right-time" bloomer. We don't all start at the same time from the same place, so maybe we don't need to label ourselves as early or late in our blooming. It's funny because I've always referred to myself as a late bloomer, but, after reading your essay, I'd have to change that to very-late bloomer or ... better-late-than-never bloomer? :-)
